Stratophase measurement heads are available in industry standard insertion probe and flow cell formats. Insertion probes are ideal for use in reactors using either 25mm "Ingold style" ports or 12mm head plate fittings

Insertion Probe:

• Standard 12mm Probe
• PG13.5 threaded top
• Available in 100mm, 120mm, 170mm 230mm and user-specified lengths
• Wetted materials 316SS, Class VI Silicon and Titania
• Clean in place compatible
• Steam in place compatible
• Single fibre connection to the control unit

Flow cells are ideal for monitoring liquid flow for feed pipe configurations or continuous pipeline reactors.

Flow Cell:

• Fits in-line with 6mm OD pipe work
• No pressure drop (when compared to the same length pipe)
• Wetted materials 316SS, PTFE and Titania
• Ex safe
• Single fibre connection to the control unit
• Optional NeSSI format and other sizes available
